In this new series we look at how our phones are more than just communications devices. The apps, photos, music and more that we put on them are a reflection of, and extension of who we are. To kick things off, dual Brownlow medallist and Sydney Swans star player, Adam Goodes shared with us what’s on his phone.

AFL Live

I have to keep up-to-date with all the scores of the games and with all the AFL news as it happens.

Words With Friends

Love playing Scrabble. Like learning a new word every day. I like playing a word and then finding out what it means. I like to think it’s making me smarter.

Gmail

Helps me keep organised with all my emails on my smartphone. When you’re on the run you want to be able to check your mail any time.

NFL Fantasy

Keeps me up-to-date with all the NFL news. Keeps me logged in so I can easily make trades and draft in new players.

Qantas

Helps me check in and book flights all from my phone.

Snapchat

I have to have this app because it’s the only way I get to see my little niece Maya every day.

And don’t forget you can watch the Swans and every AFL match live, including NAB Challenge, 2015 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and Finals Series through the AFL Live app on mobile and tablet.
