Samsung’s favourite phablet is back better than ever –the Samsung GALAXY Note 3 is on its way to Telstra, along with the highly anticipated GALAXY Gear.
While the phablet concept is still quite new to some (is it a phone, is it a tablet?) many of our customers have really embraced the unique larger-screen of the GALAXY Note and Note II over the past couple of years.
When in 4G areas – that will be more than 85 per cent of the population by the end of the year – customers using the GALAXY Note 3 will be able to download and upload at superfast speeds, connecting them faster in more places.
But this time, it’s not just the 5.7” screen, superfast 4G-connectivity in more than 100 towns and cities (that will be more than 300 by the end of the year), impressive 13MP camera and improved S Pen functionality that customers will rave about – the GALAXY Note 3 is also compatible with the widely anticipated Samsung GALAXY Gear wearable device.
The GALAXY Gear signals some exciting advancements in wearable technology from Samsung, allowing customers to receive notifications of texts, calls, emails and alerts as well as taking photos, short videos and a bunch more, all without taking your phone out of your pocket. It’s also stylish – you can choose from 10 different pre-loaded clock face options.
To take a call, you simply answer it directly from the GALAXY Gear and use the built-in speaker and microphone – no need to rustle through your bag for your phone.
To transfer a message from your GALAXY Gear to your Note 3, all you have to do is pick up your phone and the Smart Relay feature instantly reveals the full content on the screen.
