Yesterday was a very exciting day for Telstra with the launch of our new visual identity, and while you may have read about this already, I want to share with you how we’re bringing life in full colour to Telstra.com.
Yesterday Telstra.com was updated to reflect our new visual identity of Telstra, including our customer service presence on Twitter and Facebook®, and our online community forums such as CrowdSupport™ and Website Feedback.
Our new brand delivers a fresh and colourful look to our online services and it’s a very important part of our digital journey. It also represents our commitment to offer you great customer service wherever you are online and whenever you need us.
In August we were among the first in Australia to offer 24×7 live chat within Facebook. At the same time we extended the coverage hours of our social media team to 24×7 in response to your feedback. So whether you’re Facebook posting in France or tweeting in Tamworth – day or night, we’re here to help.
As we look to improve some of our existing online services (many of which are already underway) you may notice that not all of our websites reflect our new look and feel. These will be progressively updated over the coming months.
