TENET (Telstra TV Box Office)
Get set for Christopher Nolan’s action-packed, time-bending blockbuster, TENET – available now on Telstra TV Box Office. We can’t share too much about this one, so here’s the official synopsis: “John David Washington is the new Protagonist in Christopher Nolan’s original sci-fi action spectacle, TENET. Armed with only one word – Tenet – and fighting for the survival of the entire world, the Protagonist journeys through a twilight world of international espionage on a mission that will unfold in something beyond real time. Not time travel. Inversion. The cast of TENET also includes Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh.”

It turns out there’s a stolen bag of cash buried somewhere on the property – and when kids Daisy and Tom find him passed out in the shed and mistake him for the real Santa, he enlists their help to find it. When their older sister Hazel finds out, he offers to help the family save the farm. But with the cops on his tail and a dangerous criminal hunting him down, they’ll have to find it fast. The Stan Original Film, A SUNBURNT CHRISTMAS is now streaming, only on Stan.
The Third Day (Foxtel Now)
Emily Watson, Katherine Waterston, Jude Law and Naomie Harris star in the captivating new HBO thriller series, THE THIRD DAY – with all episodes available now on Foxtel Now. Save Yourselves! (Telstra TV Box Office)
What’s the worst thing that could happen if you switched off your phone and just went off-grid? Brooklyn couple Jack (John Reynolds from Search Party) and Su (Sunita Mani from Glow) are about to find out in the brand new comedy, SAVE YOURSELVES!, available now on Telstra TV Box Office. When a friend offers them a cabin in the woods for the weekend, the pair jump at the chance to disconnect from their digital lives and spend some quality time together. It all starts out well, with relaxing days spent canoeing and convening with nature, tending to their sourdough starter and learning how to chop firewood without the help of YouTube. And when they see a dazzling meteor shower in the clear country night sky, they think nothing of it – until fluffy orbs start appearing everywhere and they find out the world has been overrun by aliens while they’ve been unplugged.
Euphoria Special – Part 1: Rue (BINGE)
Find out what’s next for Rue with the first episode of the two-part special of Emmy-winning teen drama EUPHORIA, streaming from 4pm (AEDT) this Friday 4 December on BINGE. Based on the Israeli series of the same name, the American adaptation produced by Drake follows the complicated emotional, social and family lives of a group of students from East Highland High. Coming to terms with who they are, who they love and how they handle life’s triumphs and traumas, the ensemble cast centres on recovering addict Rue (Zendaya), her new friend Jules (Hunter Schafer), star quarterback Nate (Jacob Elordi), body-positive Kat (Barbie Ferreira), and sisters Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) and Lexi (Maude Apatow). Picking up where the season finale left off, Rue abandons the plans she’s made to run away with Jules and returns home where she relapses. And now she’ll have to cope with Christmas.
Gary Oldman, Amanda Seyfried, Lily Collins and Charles Dance star in David Fincher’s latest masterpiece, MANK – playing in selected theatres and streaming from Friday 4 December on Netflix. Based on a screenplay written by Fincher’s late father, journalist Jack Fincher, this thought-provoking drama sees Gary Oldman play real-life Hollywood screenwriter Herman J. Mankiewicz (“Mank” for short) who worked with Orson Welles throughout the 1930s to write Citizen Kane, considered by many to be the greatest film of all time. Causing trouble for the studio with his heavy drinking, strong political views and acerbic wit, Mank channels the full force of his scathing satirical skill into lampooning William Randolph Hearst after the capitalist ostracised Mank from his clique of entertainment industry insiders.
The Pack (Amazon Prime Video)
If you’re an animal lover who enjoys epic adventure shows like The Amazing Race, then THE PACK is for you – with all ten episodes streaming now on Amazon Prime Video. Hosted by gold-medal Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn and her King Charles spaniel Lucy, this adorably adventurous reality series sees twelve pooches and their human companions from across the globe set off on the adventure of a lifetime. From the jungles of Costa Rica to the slopes of Switzerland and the runways of Paris, the teams compete individually and together in “packs” to complete a series of adrenaline-fuelled challenges for a chance at winning $500,000 for themselves and $250,000 for the animal charity of their choice.
