What is call and collect with Telstra?

Call and collect is slightly different to click and collect. Instead of ordering online and picking up in store, you can order over the phone and then collect the items when they’re ready.

How can I call and collect an item?

If you need something from a Telstra store, you can simply call us in advance so our team can prepare it for your arrival.

From there, we will book you an appointment to come and pick your items up once they are ready. Safe and easy.

Does Telstra do click and collect?

We have a variety of ways you can order products from us: both online and through our in-store call and collect service. Because these are two separate channels, we are currently unable to support click and collect.

If you need something urgently, get in touch with your local store to arrange a call and collect service.

How we’re staying COVID-safe in-store

We continue to focus on providing a COVID-safe environment for our customers and team members. That’s why we’re continuing to support a number of measures to make sure that health and safety remain our top priority.

Enhanced cleaning – including the provision of hand-sanitiser and regular wiping and sanitisation of devices – is already in place, along with plexiglass in customer service areas; effective floor management managing appropriate customer numbers in stores; social distancing, and gloves for our staff.

Customers are also asked to wear a mask in accordance with their state’s health guidelines – unless having a valid medical exemption.

By implementing these and other measures, we can make sure that our stores remain a safe and friendly place to get help and support.

Find a Telstra store near you

Our stores are here to help, and we encourage you to book an in-store appointment ahead of time if you need in-person assistance.

To help you track us down, you can use our Store Finder tool. You can also find more information on our COVID-19 response on Telstra.com.

How to contact Telstra

We maintain a number of channels where our customers can get help with new products; billing enquiries and tech support. This includes our My Telstra app messaging service that allows you to get in touch with one of our representatives on your schedule.

Alternatively, you can call us: all calls to us for customer support are free.
