Recent research tells us that around 74% of Australian shoppers are likely to research online before they shop in-store, so whether you’re purchasing online or visiting one of our great retail stores or partners – we’ve made the journey easier with five key improvements.

Whether you’re buying a new mobile phone from Telstra or an existing customer – you can now make your purchase online and we’ll take care of the rest, such as linking your existing mobile number to the purchase for a seamless transition to your new phone – we’ll make sure you get everything you need to get up and running with the added bonus of free delivery, which includes speedy ‘next day’ delivery in metro areas.
3. Indepedent ratings and reviews from CNET – The technology and consumer electronics destination for 1.9m Australian’s each month
Don’t just take our word for it – CNET has been a respected destination for all things tech here in Australia and beyond for years. 88% of those visiting CNET say they’re there for product reviews and information. Beyond the CNET ratings, where available we’ve also included the user rating to give you both points of view.
