Jenny Young joined Telstra in 2004. She has worked across all of our product categories at Telstra and brings with her a broad range of telco experience. After leading accountability for driving profitable growth through customer insights in Telstra’s consumer division, in 2011 Jenny was appointed to head Telstra’s customer transition and marketing program for services on the National Broadband Network (NBN).
Prior to Telstra, Jenny held senior marketing roles for AOL|7, Unilever, Pepsi and Lion Nathan. During her time at Lion Nathan, Jenny was successful at driving growth of the premium beer portfolio for Lion Nathan including the Hahn Premium and Tooheys Extra Dry brands. Jenny is a graduate of Massey University in New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing).
