While our stores have been mostly open during previous lockdowns, we ask that you don’t visit unless your need is also essential.

  • Fixed internet connection and modems

In some instances, you may need to make an appointment to visit our store, and follow COVID-safe guidelines when interacting with our team including the wearing of masks (unless you have a lawful reason not to).

The Telstra Online Store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery is free across Australia for orders over $100, and the checkout process is secure and encrypted.
