I have one of the best jobs ever; as the Director of Research Insights and Analytics, I interact with our customers to find out what is working for them every day; I strive to discover how they can help shape our products, offers and services.
One of the ways we do this is through the My Telstra Expereince program. This program brings together customers who have given their feedback about their individual experiences, opinions and ideas, helping us deliver on our ambition to create a brilliant connected future for everyone.
Since its inception in 2009, My Telstra Experience members have provided amazing input into everything here at Telstra – from new product development including prototype testing, advertising campaigns and customer service improvement initiatives, to the evolution of our THANKS rewards program.
Often, these are the first group of customers we look to for important feedback, and many get the opportunity to share their stories face-to-face with our senior Telstra executives during round table discussions sessions and most recently involvement in creative idea generation workshops with Telstra staff.
People who are part of the My Telstra Experience Program often tell us that they join so that they may have a say in the service we deliver on a day-to-day basis. For example, members have said to me, “I am happy to share my opinion if it helps improve things for customers.”

And now we need you! We have an opportunity to welcome more of our customers to join the My Telstra Experience team.
As a member, you will receive email invitations to complete online surveys, join discussion forums, or online chat sessions and participate in product trials (among other activities), giving you a front row seat to see what is happening at Telstra.
You will also receive regular updates on how we are incorporating your feedback on the products and services we offer to you.
At Telstra we are proud of the network, service and products we provide, but we also know that we are not perfect. We have more to do and input from you, our customers, is vital in shaping this future.
