Summer is so close you can almost smell the sunscreen mixed with Aeroguard and a hint of Aloe Vera. The cicadas are warming up their vocals and the neighbours are trying to get their pool to turn from moss-green to pool-tile blue. And I’m excited for this. There are some great techy things out there to get you as excited for the impending days of sweat-inducing heat and blowflies ruining barbeques.

A few weeks ago I was in the audience of the show RocKwiz which is a live music TV show that has been airing on SBS since 2005. Before the show starts the hosts do some pre-show entertainment, where they quiz the audience to warm up the crowd. Funnily enough, I didn't know the answer to many of the questions during this, however I did yell out the right answer for very last question. With my luck, the last question of the night happened to be the one that wins a SONOS PLAY: 3 Sound System!

Last night I flew into Sydney to be a part of Telstra’s launch of its new music streaming service MOG. Using the service over the past week it struck me that the way we listen to music has changed enormously over the course of my life. From single CDs on the Walkman - remember how frustrating it was trying to walk with them, to online music subscription services like MOG.

Today Telstra announced a deal that is close to my heart and is set to revolutionise the way Australians will listen to music.
Telstra announced that Aussies will soon have unlimited, on-demand access to more than 15 million songs, streamed to their mobile, tablet, computer or certain Smart TVs because of an exclusive partnership we signed with subscription music service, MOG.
