Warwick Bray

  • Warwick has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years in Europe, Asia and Australia. At Telstra he leads the team responsible for Telstra’s mobile product set -- from strategy and planning through to development and lifecycle management.

    Before joining the mobile product group, Warwick was Telstra’s head of Corporate Strategy and worked with the CEO to redefine Telstra’s corporate growth strategy and renew Telstra’s emphasis on customer service.

    Previously Warwick was a partner at McKinsey London where he advised incumbent, new entrant and mobile telecommunications companies on strategy, regulation, mergers and acquisitions, capital spend and operational effectiveness.

    At JPMorgan and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein London, Warwick was a Managing Director and led global telecommunications equity research. He was voted the top ranked Telecommunications analyst in Europe by fund managers (Extel 2001).

    Prior to this, Warwick was a senior systems engineer at Hewlett Packard where he designed data communications networks.
    Warwick holds a BSc (Hons) First Class and an MBA (John Clemenger and Chase AMP prizes for the best first and final year student) from the University of Melbourne.
