- Stephen joined Telstra in 2001 and currently leads the Retail Operations team delivering operational support to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction and productivity.
Stephen previously led the transformation of Telstra’s mobility Service & Repair business, and has since created a world class and award winning benchmark in service delivery.
Prior to this time he has held various Telstra roles including responsibilities for Marketing Business Planning, Brand and Marketing Services, Campaign and Program Management and overall accountability for Telstra’s Partner Channel.
Before joining Telstra, Stephen had 11 years experience with Ford Motor Company in various roles including Account Management, Brand and Marketing Management, Business Development and National Sales Management.
Stephen has a Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Marketing) and a Degree in Law.

We’re in discussions with all vendors to supply mobile phones to Telstra with increased warranties from 12 months to 24 months. The good news so far… From July 1 this year, some popular Telstra mobile phones and data cards now come with a 24 month warranty. These include HTC handsets, like the HTC Desire and the HTC Wildfire, ZTE handsets such as the Telstra Tough and Easy Touch Discovery2 and ZTE data devices such as the high-speed BigPond Elite USB.
We’re now working hard to negotiate this across the board.
