- Go-To-Market Specialist
- Device Management
- I’m a Go-To-Market Specialist with Telstra’s Device Management team. I look after all manufacturers of mobiles, tablets and emerging devices that Telstra launches. My work includes working with the Product Managers to organize packaging and collateral, liaising with the Retail Execution area to arrange dummy and live demo devices with the for in-store display, and basically manage the logistics process of the actual devices being bought by Telstra with the Inventory and Logistics teams. My team and I are very lucky as we are the first ones to get our hands on a production unit for every device that Telstra launches – which gives us an opportunity to do a Quality Control check to ensure all spec’s, logos and features are as planned, before we give the all clear to allow the stores to stock them.
With technology the way it is at the moment, my love for mobile phones and tablets has grown just as much as my passion for photography. Brought up in Melbourne since 6 months of age, I have travelled the world and taken ‘captured’ many moments along the way. Having an uncle who was a photographer for a Prince in the 1960’s I aspire to achieve something similar to that one day as well. I am also a Basketball fanatic and player. From the age of 10 when I first walked into a Basketball stadium I have never looked back and had love for the sound of the ‘swish’ every time.
Having worked in a Telstra Call Centre, Telstra Shop, T-Life Store and now in Telstra Head Office I have obtained a good understanding of the in’s and out’s, but still consider myself very young in the business – mostly because there is always something new being launched or introduced. No-one knows what is going to be the next big thing!

Ever taken a photo with your mobile phone in the heat of a moment (because it was the easiest thing to get your hands onto) and realized…. that the photo actually looks okay, but with a bit of editing you can imagine it looking a million times better? I have. I do…everyday.

Ever taken a photo with your mobile phone in the heat of a moment (because it was the easiest thing to get your hands onto) and realized later your moment ‘captured’ was not really that memorable after all – due to the lack of performance in the camera?
