  • Richard is the Director Device Management & Operations. In this role, he has accountability for Device strategy, planning, development, lifecycle management, customer experience and supply chain across Telstra’s range of mobile, wireless and home devices.

    Prior to this role, Richard has held many Director level positions within the Mobile products team, covering core voice services and messaging, to consumer and business applications. Richard played a key role in the services roadmap that complimented Telstra’s award winning Next G network rollout, including delivery of Mobile TV, Music, UI and social networking initiatives.

    Richard has been with Telstra for 9 years, and has held executive positions in a variety of areas across strategy, marketing and product development. Prior to joining Telstra, Richard worked with Andersen in Australia.

    He has a Bachelor of Laws (majoring in commercial law), and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment.
