  • Monty Hamilton leads our Digital Operations team in Telstra Digital, our newest business unit. Monty’s team is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Telstra Digital business across our Consumer, Business and Enterprise & Government channels. His team is also responsible for the web, devices and applications, content creation, user experience and demand management.

    Monty is motivated by the design and delivery of online experiences that empower customers and has over 13 years experience in online services, project management, sales & marketing in the banking & finance industry.

    Prior to Telstra, Monty led the design, delivery and operations of UBank online, considered by many as a leader in the banking/finance industry worldwide. In mid-2010 Monty established his own consulting business; Klarity Management, servicing clients in Government Business Enterprises and Telecommunications with projects in M&A, eBusiness Strategy and Payments/Financial Services.

In fact, nearly half of the population is regularly using it and, of any other country, we spend the longest amount of time on there as well – an average of around one working day per month.
