• Linda Horne leads the billing strategy, delivery and operations of all products and services across all lines of business at Telstra. She is passionate about customer service and looks forward to the day when everyone loves their Telstra bill.
  
  Linda has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications and high tech software disciplines, including Senior Executive at Accenture, Director of Product Development at Convergys, Vice President of Product Development at Cygent, and founder of a successful development and operations consulting firm. In her roles, she has worked with a variety of telecommunications and high tech companies in the United States, Asia and Europe.
  
  Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.
