- Larissa is a Fraud Investigator within Corporate Security & Investigations’ Fraud Management team. CSI manages all of Telstra's complex investigations for suspected Employee (including contractors and consultants), Channels, and Network fraud. The team also provides fraud awareness and closes vulnerabilities in systems and processes that leave Telstra open to fraud.
Larissa has worked as a Fraud Investigator in a number of roles within Telstra and also spent time in Sales/Customer Service for both Telstra and a Telco startup in the UK. In a former life, she taught “Business English” in her favourite city other than Melbourne – Berlin. She is no fan of writing “about me” blurbs, and has a small “thing” for lipgloss – she can’t leave home without it.
