- Jim is an installer repairer based in Sydney south within Telstra’s Service Delivery central division.
Jim’s role entails installation and assurance for Telstra retail and wholesale customers with PSTN and broadband services through the Telstra network.
Jim enjoys collaborating in Telstra’s team environment and training new staff.
Jim joined Telstra back in 1972 as a PMG storeman driver at the Kogarah Line Depot.

Between my father, brother and I, we have collectively notched up 100 years of service. Both my father and brother were working for the PMG when I started working there in 1972.
