• Janene found out quite early that she really enjoyed helping people. Loved it in fact. She started out in Customer Service on the phones helping the mums and dads, and the nans and gramps resolve their problems. She moved around the company always looking for opportunities in her roles to ensure customers get the help they need, working on processes, creating websites to help staff get the right information when they needed it, and managed to formalised this passion at uni completing Customer Experience subjects.
  
  Having worked in most of Telstra’s customer facing areas she is now working within Telstra’s engineering, network and IT area; assessing interactions, business processes and customer feedback, and using quality practices to improve our business so Telstra ultimately help our customers better.
