- Cathy Aston is the Executive Director Business Improvement in Telstra’s Business Support & Improvement business unit. She is responsible for driving improvements in customer experience, productivity, process simplification and the future ways of working.
Her leadership experience is in the telecommunications industry covering finance, sales, marketing, strategy, business development and operational roles.
Previous leadership roles include Executive Director, Telstra Business; Finance Director for Telstra International (based in Hong Kong); Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director, Mobitel (Telstra's former mobiles joint venture in Sri Lanka) and Regional Director, Asia South (based in New Delhi).
