Lessons in customer service

Brett Whitford was recently invited to speak at the Telstra Wholesale hosted Market Connections Forums in Melbourne and Sydney. The key point of the presentation was that bad service costs more than good but those engaged in service industries are very good at measuring the cost of bad service.
