Jo Allan
I am now a full-time Mum/Nana, and loving it! I have worked in administration for over 20 years and am enjoying being able to spend all of my time with my family now.
I am a bit of a computer nerd, have been since school, and I absolutely love my gadgets. I can't afford to be the first to have “it”, but I do get it eventually!
At home I have a 16 (almost 17) year old daughter and a 10 month old grandson. My daughter is also my best friend, I am so lucky to have such an open relationship with her. She has just finished her school exams and is going to go for her drivers licence very very soon (so be warned!).
I also have 3 older step-children who have given me 4 gorgeous grandchildren between them so far. I absolutely adore them!

Writabrata Banerjee
I joined first in the bigpond team under leadership of Davin Chao, and at the moment I am in my first rotation, working for Hosting Solutions.
Before joining Telstra, I have worked on contract-based positions as a web developer in different mid-scale software development companies. I finished my masters in Information Systems from RMIT University and have been working there as a sessional staff since then. I have been a labber, tutor, head-tutor and a stopgap lecturer for couple of courses on web development and networking.
I have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and music (proficiency in playing indian percussion tabla), and I like reading articles on extraterrestrial and paranormal encounters. My friends apparently think that I should get the award for the 'one who changes his status message more than 8 times a day'! When I get time, I still do web development to keep the flair alive.

Sakshi Banerjee
It would be fair to say that I am a Telstra newbie I only joined February of this year as part of an 18 month graduate program. The joys of the graduate program mean that I get to hop around departments and taste and get a feel for several areas of my home unit – Business, Commercial & Premium Services. So far I have been involved with new product development, business development, learning what constitutes a good webpage (clearly my original idea let a bit to be desired!) as well as data analytics and process mapping.
Whilst that covers my days during the night I turn into a super hero well not really but I like to think so. I scour the streets of Melbourne for cool hidden bookstores, coffee shops, crepe stalls and dumpling restaurants. Well anything to do with books or food or theatre you’d find me there. You would think working at Telstra I would have an affinity for technology but not really. I am a technology clutz I love technology but for the life of me I can’t get it to work for me. Luckily I have many geeky aficionados as friends who are more than happy to help me out and mock me along the way. What’s life without humiliating oneself and having a laugh at one’s expense?
