Telstra Exchange is the online opportunity for everyone to exchange opinions and ideas about telecommunications, technology and innovation.

It’s a place to trade ideas about the development, design and delivery of communications technology, and about the impact of telecommunications on Australia.

We appreciate the value of social media in building meaningful relationships with online communities. We think blogs in particular are an interesting, personal and thought-provoking way for us to exchange views and learn from one another.

This site is divided into three sections.

• Telstra News is where you can find news about Telstra and discussions that our people lead about all aspects of our business and the possibilities our networks and technology creates.
• Technology contains blogs about technology from every view. It covers industry issues, new gadgets and gizmos, user tips, technology change and innovation, trends, and the role of technology in transforming economies, business and human behaviour.
• Community explores the ways people and communities use technology to connect. It also contains blogs about Telstra’s community investments and sponsorships, and blogs that examine how Telstra and the telecommunications industry can make a positive contribution to the communities, organisations and people we connect.

The site is managed by Telstra’s Strategy & Corporate Services team. Blogs are managed on a day-to-day basis by the online communications team according to community guidelines.
