We’re ready, set, app! But we want you to be part of the journey
It’s amazing how the use of smartphones has transformed our lives. One of the fun aspects of this is to share my favourite apps with friends. “I’ve got an app for that” has become the war cry of the digital tribes for good reason.
At Telstra, we’ve developed a handy app of (y)our own that will make it easier for you to manage your Telstra accounts and services on your iPhone®1. Today, we’re inviting you to help us shape the final version of the new My Telstra app.
We want our app to be an easy way for you to get the whole picture on your account – for example getting an idea of how much data you have used or where your call allowance is at – so your account stats will be at your fingertips. Plus, we’ve built in features so you can recharge your Pre-Paid service or quickly pay your bill online, so it’s simple and fast.
But, we figure that many you have used your fair share of apps and that you know what you like and don’t like better than anyone else, and so we decided to launch the (exclusive!) app to you to stress test it in real life with real customers. We’d like you to tell us the good and the bad before we finalise everything and launch it to the masses.
Today, we‘re looking for a group of digital thought leaders and power users (and Telstra Consumer customers…) who are interested in getting the new app before anyone else and sharing their feedback with us and we are calling this group the ‘Digital Customer Circle’.
