Name our e-newsletter, enjoy the glory and a Motorola XOOM

Telstra-eNewsletter-comp-header-blog

We’ve been real busy lately in our underground research and testing facility, developing new designs for our monthly customer e-newsletter. While we think we’ve come up with a fresh layout that ticks all the boxes, there’s one thing still missing: a new name. That’s where you come in.

If you’d like to become known as the person who came up with the brilliant new name, here’s your opportunity.

Motorola-XOOM-hero-blog-contentIf a name you suggest gets chosen, we’ll reward you with a brilliant, Android™ powered MOTOROLA XOOM™ tablet worth $840RRP.

As the world’s first tablet with the Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) operating system, the MOTOROLA XOOM was designed to deliver a full-on mobile internet experience. Plus connecting it to Australia’s largest and fastest national mobile broadband network, takes its performance to a breathtaking new level.

Sounds good, doesn’t it? Want one, and the bragging rights that go with naming our e-newsletter? You better get your thinking cap on and submit a suggestion then.

To enter,  your proposed name for the e-newsletter  must be:

  • one to three words in length
  • no more than 24 characters in length (including spaces)

Entry is not open to management, employees or contractors of the Promoter, and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including the suppliers of the prize) and their immediate families.

If we decide that your entry is the most creative, innovative and original of all entries, you’ll be the winner.

To enter the competition, read and agree to the terms and conditions and enter your suggestions below.

Happy naming.

*Update* 7 October 2011

To give everyone the opportunity to view the e-newsletter which will be sent to customers next week for more naming inspiration, we have extended the deadline for entries until 23 October 2011.

Terms and Conditions have been revised to reflect this change.

Good luck everyone!
Tina.

*Update* 8 December 2011 – The Winner is….

I am very happy to say we have selected a winner. There were so many excellent entries but the winning name is…*drum roll*… “KIT Keeping In Touch” (spelt as is). Look out for its name in bright lights.

or should i say; i just went – meh – when i got the email yesterday. (but i suppose it was ‘judged’ via committee. LOL)

it doesn’t exactly ignite one with excitement, does it?
nor is it a cute play on words.

however, that’s not the winners fault, so I hope they enjoy their prize. :-)
