Attention small business customers: fancy winning a Samsung Galaxy Note 3?

24x7app-competition_hero

Late last year we extended the 24×7 App to small business customers, and to say it has gone gangbusters is an understatement – we’ve already had 80,000 downloads.

As a little way of saying “thank you” we’re giving away a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 every month for the next four months.

Between now and June 30 we will be randomly selecting one small business customer each month who has used at least one of the features of the app.

This could be anything the app does – from checking your estimated mobile data usage, viewing and paying bills, registering for email bills, checking out Telstra Business Centre locations, accessing help via 24×7 Chat or any other thing you like to use the app for that makes your business life that little bit easier.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a thing of beauty: 13MP camera, big 5.7 inch full HD screen to easily view documents and pages, as well as a new multi window feature to make multitasking easier.

So to be in it to win it, all you have to do is use the app – it’s that simple.

Download Telstra’s 24×7 App from the App Store or Google Play today.

Winners will be notified after each draw and published on the Telstra.com Small Business page, full terms and conditions can be found here.

The 24x7 Android app is still basically unusable for Small Business users.

We need to same no-Account SIM-only automatic-registration feature available to non-Business accounts, just so that we can monitor data quotas, etc.

I completely agree that I should need to speak to my account manager in order to unlock every feature, but most read-only or self-service features should be available without needing to pester another human being.

    • Hi Ron,

You mention having an account manager, which means you have a managed account. The 24x7 app is only designed for small business customers. I hope this helps clarify!

      Thanks,
      Jamie
