Correct, as long as you stay on the Telstra Pre-Paid offer and continue to recharge $30 or more, you’ll continue to get free talk and text 6pm to 6am to standard Australian numbers.

So to clarify Brendan,
The offer ending in February 2013 means that if someone were to apply for an Encore prepaid offer after that time, they would no longer be eligible for free talk and text
from 6pm to 6am,
But if I sign up for an Encore prepaid offer before that date, I can continue to receive free talk and text between 6pm and 6am even after February 2013, as long as I continue to maintain my account?

So when you say “watch” does that mean the Internet data is free after 6pm???

Hi Luke – Facebook data use is charged as part of your regular data usage, so it’s not free.
However there is unmetered access to a low bandwidth version of Facebook at https://0.facebook.com/ however you only get to see text, no images and video.

Hey, I just activated my phone with telstra re cap encore. I started with $30 and I called a telstra number for not even a minute after 6pm and it still charged me. ? Does it take time for the plan to kick in or what? Because I only have $22 and I have only just started using it 1 hour ago.
