Telstra Plus – your IT gurus

A year and half ago my Premium Service team launched a brand new technical support service called Telstra Plus. Our goal has been to make life simpler for Australians by helping them get the most out of their electronic gadgets in the constantly changing, technologically challenging world that we live in.

I don’t know about you, but some of the tricky new gadgets that continue to be launched to market never cease to amaze and delight me. The wide array of new and exciting tablets and other portable devices available for instance, all of which have no doubt been designed to make our lives easier, but can sometimes lose us in their bells and whistles.

Telstra Plus is a premium service we designed to help our residential customers enjoy a complete, end-to-end customer experience from network connection and device installation, set-up and integration, through to trouble-shooting and fault-finding.

Telstra Plus can help you over the phone, or an in-home service is also available for more complex issues.  For peace of mind we provide a ‘no fix no fee’ policy and a seven day guarantee on all our work.

Our Telstra Plus team has the knowledge and expertise to manage customer queries and explain complex issues in simple everyday terms to ensure that you are able to use your products to their full potential.  In addition, Telstra Plus can set up your devices to talk to each other so you are able to have your own Connected Home.

I like to think of Telstra Plus as essentially being like having your own IT guy next door.
