Hi Josie,
Here’s how you can view call details:

1. Log in to My Account
2. Click the mobile phone or home phone service you’d like to view details for
3. Click Plan Details tab
4. Click Usage on the right-hand side of the page
5. Click “View Detailed Call Usage”
6. You can then view itemised call usage.

Hope this helps!

I would like to view a previous itemised bill, and following the directions above I can only view the calls that have yet to be billed. Can you explain how to reach the itemised lists of previous bills. Thank you.

Hi there Brian,

I've just double checked the instructions that Leigh gave you and they are all correct. The 'Usage' tab is located under the 'Plan Details' tab on the right hand side of the screen.
If you're still having problems, I recommend having a quick chat to our 24x7 Customer Service crew online via LiveChat here: http://tinyurl.com/24x7-service

Thanks.

Hi Leigh (Staff Member),

You have suggested the following for accessing call details:
"1. Log in to My Account
2. Click the mobile phone or home phone service you’d like to view details for
3. Click Usage on the right-hand side of the page
4. Click “View Detailed Call Usage”
5. You can then view itemised call usage."

These instructions aren't applicable on the screen I see. There is no "Usage" button on the right-hand side of the page, or anywhere else.

Would you please provide updated instructions?
