Recently, one of our largest enterprise customers asked us to describe how we will identify, manage, monitor and minimise the environmental impacts of our services over an eight-year contract. The result was Telstra’s first Green IT Management Plan. The Plan includes carbon footprint estimations of the entire service, and adopts a life-cycle approach to minimising our environmental impacts – from design through to procurement, construction, operation and waste management

Did you know that 4 million Australians (18.5% of our population) have a disability, with 1.25 million having a profound disability?
People with a disability are Australia’s largest minority and unfortunately nearly one in two people with a disability live in poverty. Australia ranks 21 out of 29 OECD countries in employment for people with disabilities. These are not stats to be proud of.
