Whilst a home make over would be nice, I would dearly love to have some customer service actually resolve my issue with our BigPond account! 3 hours on the phone, 6 different customer service reps, no solution. After the last call my wife left in tears!

at this point in time we have been without full blown internet for 1 year and 4 months, the only computer working is a mish mash of component parts put together by myself from thrown out bits and pieces, the phone I have is a t108 bought for $30 at kmart, we need an upgrade to help keep the kids entertained and save our sanity.
we have no landline phone as we have not been able to afford one, this upgrade would also need to include line installation or reconnection and service to internet. we rely exclusivly on our mobile phones for outside contact. so we desperatly require something like this. thats why when my phone started playing up I went nuts because it is the only way to get online to facebook and check news ect.
After years and years of being loyal to Telstra, I think I am moving out. I missed our one month bill due to misplaced paper and then I got extra charged for $15 for late payments. My contract for 2 years is about to finish, the one with the T-Box which most often did not work, too slow, won’t turn on etc, etc, a waste of $10. I still forgave Telstra for it. But now I will look for something better.

we would love this i am my husbands primary carer 24/7 bi-lateral above knee amputee due to diabetes along with other associated health problems the t-hub would make such a difference to hubby just to get the latest weather sports update at meal times
We would love to be able to access Telstra Internet and Mobile phones but unfortunately we are not able to receive any service from you except Home phone even though we are only 15 min from A city. This is a real Shame because we have been loyal Telstra customers for more than 20 years.
You must live near Tullamore NSW Michelle, I know for a fact there is no mobile service there, although they do have the ability to have landline service, although our current house has no land line because we cant afford it so we are strictly on prepaid mobile phones.

Hubby rang faults & was told must be a problem with his mob phone Letting you know everyone I have spoken to is also having probs with their mob phone (Huh) For the past 4 days have been unable to call out from mobiles or cannot understand as line is so bad as is for alot of our town.

Would love to enter but more so would love a broadband connection first of all… Only have wireless as an option and can only get 100Kb most the time as the max speed. In this say and age expect a lot better. Especially from Telstra.
