Filed under: Android, consumer, customers, gadgets and gizmos, HTC
Great news: some of the world’s most advanced smartphones are on the way to Australia.
Today we’re confirming we’re bringing two of the newly unveiled HTC One handsets to the nation’s largest and fastest national mobile network.
We’re keeping the exact models under wraps for the moment but look out for some more news in the coming months.
In the meantime you can register your interest to receive more information as it’s released at: www.telstra.com/htcone

I just purchase the phone outright and put it on the 4G T network
that’s the way to do it
well ended up getting the HTC ONE XL
Yep, I’m close to doing that myself. will give Telstra a couple more weeks but I certainly will be getting an XL, one way or another this financial year
There is one thing here that I don’t understand. It appears that Telstra is waiting to release the HTC One XL, so they can show up the competition with 4G (LTE). But why can’t Telstra release the HTC One X model? I’m will not be interested in 4G until at least 2 years from now, when Telstra is able to use the 700Mhz range that is currently used by analogue TV, and therefore increases the speed dramatically. I’m interested in the X’s the quad-core processor and the 32GB storage, which the XL does not have. It is obvious that here is stock avaliable on the market of the HTC One X.
Telstra, please reply. Why you can release the HTC One X model now?
glad i signed up to be the ‘first to know’ lol….
