Hi Mie,

Thanks for the feedback, I'll pass this on to the stores team. If you need to upgrade again, I recommend chatting to your local store about some of the local (free) wifi zones nearby. For example, all McDonalds stores have free wifi.

Still having problems connecting to home wireless.
The phone sold in the last month or so should have come with unmetered upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich. Even Microsoft offer free upgrades if a version is bought withing a time frame of the new OS release. Not everyone has Home Wireless so they pay a penalty.
I purchased the phone from a Telstra dealer two days ago and they should have upgraded the phone before I took it home.
This matter really should be looked at

Hopefully your not holding your breath as this would mean telstra would actually release an update to an android based phone they supply - in a timely fashion.

As a classic early adopter off all things new, I have recently switched to this phone from an Iphone 4S. The 4G speeds are really great in coverage areas but the switch from 4G to 3G mid call has been an issue - but not a show stopper. The email client for exchange is also lacking GAL look up and I needed to install a 3rd part app. Again not a show stopper but HTC need to work on the software or possibly its fixed in the proposed ICS software upgrade ...
