Well done Telstra - a great initiative to have paid volunteer leave. And we hope that Telstra employees take up the challenge of volunteering at their local Cancer Council or chosen charity, to help make a difference in our community!

Technical Aid to the Disabled SA (TADSA), congratulates Telstra on introducing paid volunteer leave for its employees. This is an important and innovative initiative.
TADSA volunteers design, make and modify equipment that is not readily available for people with disabilities. The aids and equipment we build literally changes people's lives. We hope that Telstra volunteers might like to use their skills in helping our clients. TADSA is the only charity that provides this type of service in South Australia. We are also probably the only charity where you can volunteer in your shed.
Once again congratulations on this initiative.

Toby thanks for the great work of Mission Australia. Volunteering is one of the many great things Mission makes possible for us in the corporate world. Spend some time with Mission and any one will develop an acute sense of social responsibiliy.
