What took you so long, why are you last in the world to release (= with Spanish Telefonica) and why won;t you or your department respond to customer complaints, emails and calls on this matter?
Do we have to make complaints to the CEO to get some basic customer service every time?

I walked into the 406 Collins St, Melb store. They had stock on Friday but cant sell them due to system issue. When you call them, they say they have no stock over the phone.
As a Telstra employee, I would like to buy a White one and be the ambassador to friends promoting it. Hope to get one soon.

How annoying. I waited so long for the white one to be released, and when the staff at the T life shop had no idea of or even if there would be a release date, I got the black one. Now just a few months into my 24 month contract the one I wanted originally is released. Maybe there should be an exchange program of some type.
Blame this on Apple.
I managed to get my white Apple iPhone4 from Telstra store last week, it is fantastic… very happy with the service and phone.
so i can only get a white iphone from the city (perth) store? i cant go into one that is closer to me and get them to order one from the city store to the store that is closer to me?

Great question – What I would recommend is to pop into your local store or give them a call to see what the availability is like as it’s changing all the time.
