To change inside you really need to change your internal processes and give to the customer a better experience. My gold dream would be to solve all the problems by internet, so I would never need to call to the customer service again just to hear the standard answer &quot;I am not able to solve your problem, it is better you call this other number in this other sector and tell them the whole story again&quot; and they keep saying you that doesn&#039;t matter how many different sectors/phone numbers you call.</description>

		<description>I know there are many Telstra employees deserving of commendation for the service they are trying to provide.  However, I believe that corporate governance really needs to get its act together.  Telstra is so fragmented that one cannot resolve a problem talking to one person.  The amount of time spent with Telstra is incredible and I walk away frustrated, angry and annoyed at the misspent time - and I speak as a shareholder as well as a customer.</description>

I think the website is a great step in the right direction. If you really want to get with the times I suggest a app for Android users and maybe a more user friendly interface for streaming Bigpond movies.</description>

There was nothing wrong with that post. It was quite polite, and to be honest, held back a LOT of what could have been said.

Telstra need to get their act together. The ACCC will become involved before long, because it&#039;s really starting to look as if Telstra is purposefully holding back updates that are rightfully ours, to try and get people to upgrade.
