Most of them are complete and utter rubbish, because they do not reflect what the business is actually doing, or how it is actually performing.

Self congratulations for jobs well done puts people off more than not getting a newsletter, when in fact the performance is below par and the promises are just that!!

look at Telstras promises for example !!!

where is the customer service, waiting on the phone for a human takes up to 45 minutes.
High speed broadband ADSL2+ should be up at 50Mps at the moment, but it is not even at 1/10 on average!!!!

So when you put real information into newspapers and real achievments above your promises you have been giving us for the las t10 years at least, then we start to admire what you do.
Until that happens you are just playing catch up and keep on providing misleading information&gt;
