Telstra gives online shopping a face to face makeover

Last month I told you about how we were trialing an innovative new ‘Buy Online, Collect In Store’ service that allowed Telstra customers to buy online and then pick-up their purchase two to three working days later from a participating Telstra store that was close and convenient to them.

Since then, we’ve had some really positive feedback from customers who’ve used this service and love the convenience of shopping online, combined with the extensive network of Telstra Stores across Australia.
Order Online - Pick Up In Store from Telstra
In light of this, we’ve decided to roll-out the ‘Buy Online, Collect In Store’ service to all Telstra Stores nationwide.

*From today, you can now buy online and choose to collect your order from any Telstra Store of your choice. Your order will be ready for collection in two business days at your nominated Telstra Store, when you place your order before 11.00am (EST/EDT) on a business day.

Plus, if you order a new mobile through this service, we will set up your phone for you on the spot. You can even book a complimentary [my] place session for a one-on-one demonstration of how to use your new device’s features and functions.

Use our Telstra store finder now to find the most convenient store for you to collect from or click this link to go to Telstra Shop Online now.

*The Collect In Store service is now available in all Telstra Stores, except for the following which will launch next Wednesday 12 May – NSW: Chatswood Chase, Eastgardens, Sydney Airport, Balgowlah, Mosman, Top Ryde; VIC: Melbourne Airport, Melbourne Central, Forrest Hill, Exhibition St; SA: Castle Plaza; WA: Claremont.

If this is the case why is the only store I can select in Queensland the Brisbane Queens Plaza store?
